FitFluencer FAQ

Questions we get asked a lot!

If you can’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us – we’re always here to help.

Safety

Yes, If you follow the below advice and use our services correctly. We provide you with the most reliable service on the market, and we have tested our algorithms extensively.

  1. Make sure that the email which you used for registering with Instagram is real, and you have access to it.
  2. Ensure that your Instagram account has a profile picture, a complete bio and at least five published photos or videos via your phone
  3. Ensure that your content does not violate Instagram rules. We are not responsible for your actions and their consequences.
  4. While using FitFluencer we highly recommend NOT using any similar systems. The lower the amount of simultaneous logins to your account – the lower the probability of seeing error messages.
  5. If you want to Change your Instagram Username, We highly recommend to Do it using our app. It prevents any re-login issues.
  6. If you initiate unfollowing activities manually and you are changing the default unfollow number, it is reasonable to set it less than 1200.
  7. If you have fewer than 500 followers, It is recommended to use only like activities to start with. This means turning comments and follows off on your targets.
  8. When you delete the default comments, make sure to replace them with sufficient amounts of comments using the spin-tax formatHaving just a few comments will lead to a temporary comment ban on Instagram.
  9. While using automated direct messages, make sure to use sufficient amounts of words in the spin-tax format ( {#|##|##} ). So our system will randomly create different messages for you.
  10. If you have multiple accounts, make sure their usernames and passwords are completely different.
  11. It is recommended to link your Instagram account with your Facebook profile; this increases your account safety dramatically.

You can enable two-factor authentication on Instagram for more safety. However disabling two-factor authentication doesn’t mean your account is not secure. You can always set a strong password for your Instagram account and email for added protection.
Enabling two-factor authentication requires access to your mobile phone for new connections and because it is not possible for our Instagram service to access your phone every time Instagram sends you a security token, you cannot use our service until you turn-off two-factor authentication.

How to turn two-factor authentication off:

  1. Go to your profile and tap  (iOS) or  (Android) in the top-right corner
  2. Scroll down and tap Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Tap Require Security Code to move to the off position
  4. Then tap Turn Off at the bottom of the message that appears

Connecting your account to FitFluencer will not get your account banned. Our platform simply acts as a second device (Android Phone) which is perfectly compliant with Instagram’s Terms of Service.
Besides that, we havn’t received any reports of accounts getting banned whilst using our service.
But you should always be careful about your published content and rate limits (read this & this) of your account to prevent any trouble.

Our platform acts as a second device (Android Phone) to connect to your Instagram account and perform interactions (likes, comments, follows, unfollows, story views etc) on your behalf. So, It needs your Instagram username and password to be able to connect to your account.
We will not share your account details with anyone and your information is secured by strong encryption algorithms on our servers.

Basics

You can use our Support Page to ask questions or send any feedback/comments to us.

Click on the Paid Days button at the top of your dashboard.

Instavast Paid Days

On this page, you will see an orange on/off button on each of your accounts listed. You will need to click this button and apply the changes to your desired account(s). The service will then be switched off.

Please keep in mind that by turning the service off, your remaining paid-days of that account will be calculated and the amount will be added back to your main balance.
Also, If you decide to turn on the bot again, Here are your instructions.

The Pause All functionality is designed to temporarily stop the service from doing any interactions on your account. This is useful when you want to do interactions yourself manually (E.g. using the Instagram app on your phone – because while your account is connected to our service, it is not recommended to do interactions simultaneously) or for whatever reason, you need to temporarily stop the service from working on your account.

So, If you want to completely stop the service and save your remaining paid-days for a while, you must turn-off the service on your account.

Click on the Paid Days button at the top of your dashboard.

Instavast Paid Days

Next, If you have multiple Instagram accounts, choose your desired ones.
Select the services you want to enable for your account(s). (By default all the services are checked, so you can de-select each one you don’t require).
In the next step, specify or choose the number of days you need for those services and click on the Apply button.

If the price of your days for each service is greater than the value of your account balance, the Apply button will change to Checkout and the system will redirect you to the payment page.

When you turn off the service or delete your account, your paid-days are calculated and the amount will be added to your FitFluencer main account balance.
So, you need to add your paid-days back using your saved balance.

In the Promotion tab of your dashboard, there are some useful filters for target monitoring. Set them to the same as below and click on the Apply button:

Status: All statuses
Type: All types
Time: 24 hours

After page loads, look at the Coverage number. If it isn’t zero, it means that the service is working on your account.

Check if Instavast is working

Account

When you are using FitFluencer, You shouldn’t change your username from the Instagram application on your phone.
There is an option for this inside our platform.
Go to your Dashboard, Click on the Settings Cog icon and navigate to “Edit Instagram Profile” to change your Instagram username from our app to prevent any trouble.

Instavast Edit Profile

It is also possible to change other information of your Instagram account via this functionality, including Your name, Bio, Website, Gender etc.

If you have changed your Instagram username from the Instagram app on your phone, You have two options to get your account back on FitFluencer:

  1. Change your Instagram Username to the previous one using your phone, Login back to FitFluencer and change your username via the FitFluencer application. (Recommended)
  2. Remove your account from FitFluencer, Then add it again using your new username. You should note that in this case, all your configurations such as Targets, Filters, Statistics etc will be reset. So you must define them again.

First of all, make sure your account meets the following conditions:

1. You have disabled two-factor authentication on your account.
Here is the process to turn two-factor authentication off:

  1. Open the Instagram app on your phone, click on the top right hand corner and go to settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Tap Require Security Code to move to the off position
  4. Then tap Turn Off at the bottom of the message that appears

2. You are NOT using any other Instagram services on your account.
3. You are ONLY using your account with your phone. (Terminate all the other sessions you might have)
4. You have completely closed the Instagram App on your phone.
5. You have full access to the email address which you used to sign-up to Instagram.

When you have made sure of the above conditions, please try to add your account to FitFluencer again. If it asks you for the Verification code, choose Verification by Email, and check your email address for an Instagram Verification Code (The email address which you used to sign-up to Instagram, not your FitFluencer account email). After receiving the code, Enter it on FitFluencer and add your account.

If it didn’t work, you may try the following solutions:

A) Use Our Local Proxy Application to connect your account(s) to FitFluencer. (Easiest and recommended solution)

B) Instagram Challenge Page:
1. Open up Instagram.com in your web browser on a PC/Laptop or Mac.
2. Log in to your account using the Instagram web interface.
3. Go to the Challenge page of Instagram and confirm any unusual sign-in attempts.
4. Go back to the FitFluencer dashboard and try adding your account again.

C) Resetting Password:
You may try resetting your password via the IG-app on your phone and your email address. Usually, this will clear all the suspicious log-in attempts issued by Instagram on your account.D

D) Linking your account
You can link your Instagram account to your social media profiles (especially a Facebook profile). This will increases your account safety dramatically! To do so:

  1. Open the Instagram app on your phone, click on the top right hand corner and go to settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Linked Accounts
  3. Tap Facebook or any of the listed social networks and enter your credentials of that network.

F) Give it more tries
If none of the above solutions work for you, based on our experience, try adding your account several times in a row. This will help.

We hope you will be able to add your account as soon as possible.

Just Submit a Ticket with the title of “Get my trial account back.” Don’t forget to provide us with your Email and Instagram account username that you used.
We will check your account activity, and if our service had no interactions with your account, we will restore your 3-day trial.

Free trial days will only apply to the first Instagram account that you connect to our platform.
After testing our services with your first connected account during the trial, you can then decide to add more accounts later.

If you have changed your Instagram username or password, you need to re-enter your new username/password to FitFluencer.
If this wasn’t the case but you still encountered the Relogin message, you must log in to your Instagram account using your phone and confirm all Suspicious Login Attempts on your account by clicking on the “This was me” button and Close your Instagram app on your phone.
Then go back to your FitFluencer dashboard and click on the Relogin button, Type your Instagram Username and password again (without any changes), and start using the service.

You may also Use Our Local Proxy Application to re-connect your account(s) to FitFluencer and bypass any warnings.

Our Instagram service connects to your account from a different location (our servers) and so the Instagram app sends you a security warning to notify you about this connection as a precaution.
Just make sure to press the “This was me” button and ignore it.

However you may also Use Our Local Proxy Application to connect your account(s) to FitFluencer and bypass such warnings.

YES! You must choose different Names, Passwords, Profile pictures, Bio texts, Posts and Captions for each of your accounts.

IMPORTANT: If Instagram finds out that all your accounts are identical, it will BAN ALL OF THEM. This is not just a rule for using our app, it is a rule for Instagram in general!

While you are logged-in to your FitFluencer dashboard, Click on promotions tab and the Statistics button will be on the right side of your screen (highlighted below):

On the statistics page, you can monitor all of your different account stats in one place.

Instavast Multi-Account Statistics

With the help of the filters on this page, you can change the parameters in order to compare different time-frames & variables in order to understand your account performance for later optimisation.

Payment

When you purchase a package, the amount will be added to your MAIN account balance. This then allows you to split up this balance onto any number of your added Instagram accounts.
If you just want to add days to a specific account, then go to the Paid-days of that account and purchase the days. The system will automatically use your current account balance in order to add this.

The “Pause all” functionality in your dashboard does not save your Paid-Days and they will still be counting down.
Instead it has been implemented for situations where you want to perform interactions manually via your phone for for whatever reason.

If you want to properly switch off the account and keep your paid-days, You must turn-off the service on your account.

You can save your Paid-days by turning off the service. By doing so, your remaining days automatically convert to cash and will be added to your main account balance.

Promotion

As you may know, Instagram is cracking down on automation apps. So, to counteract this and keep your accounts completely safe we provide proxy connections to hide your activities entirely.

If your likes are not currently working, there are 2 possible solutions:

  1. Use Our Local Proxy Application: By installing and using this application on your computer, all interaction requests from your IG account will be forwarded to Instagram using your own and actual IP address. (Please keep in mind that Instagram has a limit of five account connections per IP, So if you are managing more than five accounts, this app is not a good solution for you.) Note: You will need to keep the application running on your computer for this to work.
  2. Buy a dedicated SOCKS proxy: Reliable proxies make your activities highly anonymous. You can purchase a proxy for your chosen country for £4.70 per month in the settings menu of your account.

If your account was processing unfollow interactions in the last 24 hours, it is normal that you are experiencing a limited number of following interactions.
While the unfollowing activities start, we temporary disable following interactions. That’s because it doesn’t make sense to run following and unfollowing at the same time as it can put your account at risk.

If that’s not the case, your account needs a proxy connection to resolve this problem.

To do this, we provide you with two possible solutions:

Our service is designed for you to gain new followers instead of focusing time interacting with your existing followers.

However, You can use our bulk targets feature in order to upload a text file containing a list of Instagram user IDs (Not Usernames) which may include your own followers. Our service will then process these interactions for you. An instagram UID is a string of numbers and looks like this: 4736816381

Please contact us and we will be able to help you with a list of all user IDs for your followers.

While you are logged-in to your FitFluencer dashboard, You can see three different filter options for your account activity statistics inside the Promotion tab. (If you have multiple accounts, make sure you have selected your desired account from the left sidebar.)

  1. Status: Here you can filter the status of your different targets. The options include: All statuses, All except deleted targets, Active targets (which are currently live and processing), Completed targets, Paused or Deleted targets.
  2. Type: Here you can filter the different target types. The options include:
    • All types: for all target types including your Competitor Page targets, Hashtag targets, Locations targets and Custom List targets.
    • Donor: Normal Competitor Page targets.
    • Active users: The Competitor Page targets where you have checked the “Only active followers” option.
    • Hash-Tags: Hashtag targets including Lover and Owner hashtags.
    • Targets: Your Custom List targets which are uploaded in bulk as a text file of Instagram page user IDs.
  3. Time: Here you can filter the time period in which to view the statistic results.

After selecting your custom filters, click on the Apply button and wait for the statistic results to be loaded on the page. Results are divided into the following sections:

  1. Coverage: The number of all interactions that have been completed.
  2. Followers: Number of followers you have gained as a result of our interactions.
  3. Average CTR: The ratio of the number of followers which you have gained from your targets compared to the coverage figure. This is the most important parameter in FitFluencer. It helps you understand whether your chosen targets are performing well or not. In order to improve your Instagram growth, you need to observe the conversion of your targets at appropriate time intervals & then change targets where necessary.
  4. Follows: The number of the following interactions that have been completed by us.
  5. Likes: The number of the like interactions that have been completed by us.
  6. Comments: The number of comments that have been posted by us.
  7. Story Views: The number of Instagram user stories that have been viewed by us.
  8. Unfollows: The number of unfollow interactions that have been completed by us.

On each target, you can separately view the number of Interactions, Coverage and Conversions.

The skipped number is referring to the interactions which are ignored by FitFluencer. The reason for skipped interactions is linked to your filter options which are set inside your promotion settings.

The skipped number is referring to the interactions which are ignored by FitFluencer. The reason for skipped interactions is linked to your filter options which are set inside your promotion settings.

If you are experiencing a high skipped number, your filters may be too strict.
The easiest way to stop this happening is to increase the number of languages enabled in your filter settings.
However, it is also possible that high skipped numbers are only as a result from specific targets. In this case, check your targets for high skipped numbers, and if one or some of them are high, you may consider replacing them with alternative targets.

We strongly recommend you to start using our service with the Slow activity speed and keep the default limits which have been preset.

Please keep in mind that Instagram will continuously monitor your activity patterns and so you should avoid any suspicious behavior.
For this reason, you should slowly warm up your account and keep focusing on the content you are producing. After using the service for a while, (E.g., one or two months), you can change your activity speed from Slow to Normal.

I want to increase the Limits of my account interactions. Are there any safety recommendations?
What are the Instagram rate limits and how to avoid them?

Please keep in mind that there are no official limit patterns for Instagram, a lot of factors come into play here. We’ll mention a few important ones:

  1. Age of the Instagram account
  2. Size – Number of followers
  3. Overall engagement (comments & likes)
  4. Active/inactive accounts

For Example: Aged Instagram accounts (+3 month) can follow more than new accounts; Accounts with a lot of followers can follow more than those with few followers; Active accounts that also have great engagement also tend to be allowed to follow more than dormant accounts.

Our recommended strategy to begin with:

Following and Unfollowing Limit:
300 – 350/day and 40 – 50/hour for the first week. Then increase those numbers by between 50 – 70/day and 10 – 20/hour every other week until you reach a maximum of 800/day and 100/hour following for your account.
Like Limit:
400 – 450/day and 20 – 30/hour for the first week. Then increase those numbers by between 40 – 50/day and 10 – 20/hour every other week until you reach a maximum of 700/day and 70/hour likes for your account.
Comment Limit:
50 – 100/day and 5 – 10/hour for the first week. Then increase those numbers by between 5 – 10/day and 5 – 10/hour every other week until you reach a maximum of 250/day and 20/hour comments for your account.
Story View Limit:
30 – 50/day and 5 – 10/hour for the first week. Then increase those numbers by between 5 – 10/day and 5 – 10/hour every other week until you reach a maximum of 200/day and 30/hour comments for your account.

Other useful tips while using FitFluencer:

Here we will explain the best practices for you to get the best results!

1. DO NOT USE any other Instagram automation platforms

Using multiple Automation Services at the same time can cause you to get banned by Instagram.

2. Don’t be greedy

Especially when you start and pay for our Instagram service, we know you want to see fast results! But let’s make this crystal clear .  FitFluencer’s mission is to bring real followers to you. That means we are picking the exact audience that you tell us to target. Real people are not always on their phones; real followers will follow you if they really like your content.
So, if you put out a lot of content, with proper hashtags, locations, following a great content strategy, our automation service will boost and skyrocket your results.

3. Never run out of targets

To get the best results, you should know who your target audience is. If you never want to run out of targets, you should ask yourself the following questions:

  • Who do you want to have as a follower? ( Fitness lovers, Foodies, etc)
  • Who is your competition? ( E.g. If you’re a female Fitness Influencer, target the most popular female Fitness Influencer pages on Instagram such as Gracefituk)
  • Where are you located? If you have a local personal training business in the UK, it doesn’t make sense to target people in Europe. But it makes perfect sense to target people in your city!
  • What hashtags are popular in your niche? (See what your competitors are doing)

We recommend you to have 15 to 20 active targets. Using Page and Hashtag targets from your competitors has the highest conversion rate. A conversion rate > 10% is good. If its lower than that, change the target and try to optimise your results. Also bear in mind that your content plays a large role in your conversion rate.

4. Let the Unfollow feature keep your ratio looking healthy

Instagram has a Limit of 7500 people you can follow. To hide the fact that you’re using an automation service, the best technique is to have a 50% Follower/Following Ratio .  That means, for example, if you have 4000 Followers, your Unfollowing process should start as soon as you have reached 2000 Followings (The following threshold is in your FitFluencer Promotion Settings).

5. Don’t maximize your limits and activity speed

We’ve developed this service with the goal of keeping your account safe. Therefore your actions should emulate human behavior to Instagram. For this reason, you should enable ‘Night Mode’ to turn the service off automatically each night (while everyone is sleeping) and also keep your limits to a minimum. Our service has three activity speeds, we recommend to use them with care. Slow or Normal are our recommended speeds if you are using the service in the first few months.

6. Write natural sounding and creative comments

Whilst using our comment feature, we strongly recommend to add a very large number of comments (using the spintax format). You should also make sure your comments will be suitable no matter what the content is, so make them as neutral as possible!

7. Answer all your comments.

If someone has taken the time to write a comment under your post, it is good practice to reply so that you can build a stronger relationship with your audience. You can use our Comment Tracker service to manage all your comments easily inside your FitFluencer dashboard.

Instagram, like many other web services, imposes a rate limit. A rate limit is a limit on a certain number of activities that can be performed at any given time. It can be 2 per minute, 20 per hour, 100 per day etc.

We have found that different accounts have different rate limits. For instance, older and more popular accounts might have higher rate limits than newer or smaller accounts. That’s the reason why you should warm up your account before using the service.

To warm up your account, you may follow these steps manually (without using the service):

1. Publish around 4/5 posts per day with limited tags
2. Do a maximum of 60 likes per day
3. Do a maximum of 50 follows per day

Keep doing that for at least 15 days to warm up the account but gradually increasing everything.
After 30 days you can start hitting the threshold and use our service.

From what we have observed, the following rate limits are active as of 2019:

likes: 50 – 60 / hour | 400 – 900 / day
follows: 30 – 60 / hour | 200 – 800 / day
unfollows: 30 – 60 / hour | 200 – 800 / day

We will try and adjust the rates of your account to automatically comply with these rate limits.

Targets

Inside your FitFluencer dashboard, you can add four different types of targets for promotional activities.

1. Followers of an Instagram account (Competitor Page Targets)
Target followers of an Instagram account. Here you can interact with your competitors’ Instagram followers. So, try to find some popular accounts that are similar to yours.
If your content is similar to your competitors accounts, they should find your page interesting and will probably start to follow you as well!

Option to Target active followers
Also, To only interact with followers who are usually liking and commenting on the target page, you can check the “Only active followers” checkbox while adding your competitor page target.
This means you will only engage with people who are active and engaging with your competitors content.

2. Locations
You can add locations such as cities, districts, public places, etc. as a target.
When you choose a location target, the service interacts with the people who have published Instagram posts in those places.
Geolocation targeting is suitable for people who are looking for local Instagram followers e.g. Personal Trainers

3. Hashtags
To achieve better results, we have divided hashtag targeting into two different categories:
Owner: target users who have used a specific hashtag in their posts.
Lovers: target users who have liked posts with that particular hashtag.

4. Targets (Bulk Pages)
You can upload a text file containing Instagram user “IDs.” (Not usernames)
We will then only interact with those specified accounts.
This is the most accurate kind of targeting however requires you to actively find and export your own audience. Contact us for help on this.

There are two reasons for a Completed Target status:

  • If the Coverage number of the target is far less than the number of Followers, it probably means that the connection between us and your Instagram account has been interrupted, so you must reconnect it by deleting and re-adding your account.
  • If you have checked the “Skip used accounts” option in your Filters, depending on the number of followers for that target and the filters you have applied, all possible interactions have been completed.
This means that the service has connected with every person it should have and there are no more tasks remaining. Therefore it is now time to remove this target and choose a new one.

The Error status usually shows up on Competitor Page Targets.
The reason behind it is because your target page is private (or it has changed to private) and therefore, we are unable to access its content.
In this case, you can manually request to follow that page to get access to its content with your account. Otherwise, you should replace it with another competitor page target which is public.

Also, If the Error status came up on a hashtag target, it means no posts are using that hashtag, or Instagram has temporarily blocked the hashtag. Please consider replacing this target and remember to only use appropriate hashtags.

This checkbox means that your account will only interact with followers who are actively liking and commenting on your desired competitor page. By using this feature, you are ensuring that your audience will be active and engaged.

A green background means our service is currently interacting with this specific target. It will usually move to the next target after around 30 minutes.

  1. Coverage:
The aggregated number of likes, comments, story views and follows which have been performed for targets on your Instagram account.

  2. Conversion:
The ratio of the number of followers which you have gained compared to the coverage of the target.

Conversion is the most important parameter while using Fitfluencer. It helps you find out whether or not your chosen target is performing well. In order to improve your Instagram growth, you should observe the conversion rate of your targets at different time intervals and replace your targets if necessary.

Unfollowing

Please make sure you have correctly set your timezone inside your FitFluencer global account settings. To do so, while you are logged-in to your FitFluencer dashboard, click on your email address on the top menu and click on the Settings sub-menu. Then navigate to the Common section to set and save your timezone.

“Min following days” and “Following Threshold” are two parameters that are closely related to each other. This means when you increase the “Following Threshold” you should also increase the “Min Following Days” number.
For approximately, each 1000 increase in the “Following Threshold”, you can add 1 day to “Min Following Days” number.

For Example: Following Threshold = 3000 => Min Following Days = 3

The reason behind this is that when you set a low number for the “Following Threshold” (E.g. 800) the service reaches this number in 1-2 days.
After that, It should stop following and start the unfollow process. However all the accounts it has followed were in the last 1-2 days and so it is impossible to comply with a “Min following days” of 3 or 4.

Unfortunately, this is not possible for a number of complicated reasons.

However we have implemented a Whitelist option inside your Settings (FitFluencer dashboard > Promotions Tab > Settings > Unfollow). Here you can insert a list of usernames which you never want to unfollow.

We have implemented a Whitelist option inside your Settings (FitFluencer dashboard > Promotions Tab > Settings > Unfollow). Here you can insert a list of usernames which you never want to unfollow.

By default, Personal followings will be kept for your account so that your friends and interests remain.
However if you would like these to be unfollowed you can go to your FitFluencer Dashboard  > Settings > Unfollow tab, and then uncheck the “Keep Personal Following” checkbox.

Our service will not process following interactions whilst unfollowing actions are enabled. This is due to the fact that it doesn’t make sense to do two conflicting actions at the same time. However, likes, comments & story views can be enabled during this time (Promotion > Settings > Unfollow)

Unfollowing is generally a time-consuming process. But some parameters will affect its speed.
By default, likes and story views are two options which remain enabled when the unfollowing process starts.

To speed up Unfollowing, you can disable (uncheck) the Auto Likes and Auto-Viewing Stories options inside your promotion settings (FitFluencer dashboard > Promotion Tab > Settings > Unfollow). This will focus all resources on processing unfollow actions and will cause it to speed up.

Also, If you are not running Unfollow Scheduling, make sure to adjust the Unfollow number between the minimum of 500 and maximum of 1000.
If you set it below 500, it will cause repetitive switches between following and unfollowing and decreases the speed of your interactions. Also, having the Unfollow number above 1000 is risky and might cause your account to be flagged (especially if your account is new).

Finally, if you have enabled Unfollow Scheduling, make sure to adjust your Unfollow Limits (FitFluencer dashboard > Promotion Tab > Settings > Limits) to correctly set the start and end time ranges. (E.g. 3 Hours).

Also, read:

By default, Likes and Story Views are two options which remain enabled when the unfollowing process starts.
This means when unfollowing is running, we will also process like and story view interactions simultaneously.

To also enable Comments, navigate to your unfollow options inside the promotion settings (FitFluencer dashboard > Promotion Tab > Settings > Unfollow). Here you can check the Do Comments option and save your settings.

Please keep in mind that to speed up Unfollowing, we recommend to disable (uncheck) “Do Like”, “Do Viewing Stories” and “Do Comment” options. Doing so will focus all resources on processing unfollows and will speed up the process.

Also, read:
The Unfollowing speed is very slow. Can I increase this?

We recommend using the Default Unfollowing method instead of Unfollow Scheduling.
That’s because unfollow scheduling is more likely to be noticed by Instagram as an automated activity as it has a consistent pattern.
This means Instagram could then flag your account and place limits on your follow and unfollow actions.

Additionally, as unfollowing is a server intensive process, by using unfollow scheduling, you are running the unfollow process for a fixed period on a daily basis. This will dramatically decrease the speed of other interactions (Likes, Comments, Story views) and will affect your promotions.

If you would still like to use it, make sure to adjust the start and end time ranges to shorter periods (E.g. 3 hours).

Scheduling

In order to schedule your Instagram posts with FitFluencer, please read our useful Scheduling Guide

In short, the free version of the post scheduler (which is included if you have an active promotion subscription) can only post images. However the advanced (paid) scheduler has the following features:

  • Advanced video and image posting
  • Options to add a caption, location and first comment to the scheduled post (with additional hashtags for example)
  • Delayed post removal, useful for temporary commercial posts
  • Drafts – create and save posts for future use, without specifying a publishing date
  • Watermarks – upload your branding watermark once and add it to all your new posts
  • Ability to delete comments or reply to them straight from the Instagram posts page within your dashboard.

Also, In the near future, we’ll add:

  • Scheduled stories and albums
  • Automatic sharing to all linked social networks
  • An intellectual algorithm which will determine the most optimal posting time, right when your audience is active.

Before using the post scheduler service, you must set your timezone inside the setting of your app.
There are two ways to do this:

  1. When you are uploading your file to be scheduled for publishing, Click on the Settings button and adjust your timezone.
  2. From the top-right side of the navigation bar in your FitFluencer dashboard, click on your Email Address and choose Settings from the sub-menu. In the new page, you can adjust your timezone in the Common section.

Instagram limits videos to 60 seconds, so make sure your video is 60 seconds or less. Also, videos need to be at least 3 seconds long or Instagram won’t let us upload them.

Videos don’t have to be to the below specification: however we recommend that if you’re outputting video files specifically for Instagram, these are the optimal settings.

Composition Size: maximum width 1080 pixels (height can be anything, although within the same ratios as images)
Frame Rate: 29.96 frames per second (max 30fps, but should be fixed, not variable)
H.264 codec: MP4
Bitrate: 5,500 kbps up to 7,500kbps bitrate
Audio Codec: AAC audio codec at 44.1 kHz mono (up to 128kbps)
File size: It isn’t specifically limited by Instagram, but we recommend keeping your videos under 50MB.

Finally, If after trying the above solutions you still were unable to post your video, you can always send us a support ticket and we will troubleshoot the problem for you.

Leaving Comments

You must have many defined comments to avoid temporarily comment restrictions from Instagram. You can NOT post the same comment multiple times (including emojis)

By using the spintax format you can add many different variations in order to post unique comments. The format for variations is within curly brackets with vertical separators: {Amazing|Great|Fantastic}

While you are logged-in to your FitFluencer dashboard, go to Settings > Comment tab, and try adding more comments using the instruction below:

As already mentioned, messages support the Spintax format.
For example, consider the following message written in Spintax:

{Writing|Creating} {messages|comments} using the Spintax is a {lot of fun|rewarding experience}.

Each of the words or phrases contained within {|} are randomly substituted in the spun message.  So for the above example, some of the variations generated would be:

1. Writing messages using the Spintax is a lot of fun.
2. Creating comments using the Spintax is a rewarding experience.
3. Creating messages using the Spintax is a rewarding experience.

And so on for all the combinations possible…

When it needs to post a comment, Our system selects generated messages randomly from all of those variations which are specified by you.

Note 1: You have to create common messages suitable for all photos they will be applied to.
Note 2: Use emojis in messages (It is also possible to use the emojis with the Spintax) – such messages reduce the risk of getting an Instagram comment restriction.
Note 3: The emojis or comments like “Great pic!” or “Love it!” supposedly now do NOT count as engagement (Including emojis). So, try using 4 words or more!

You must have many defined comments to avoid temporarily bans from posting comments on Instagram.
To prevent any limitations on posting comments for your account, Our service tries to put some characters such as dots and exclamation marks at the end of your defined comments. especially if you have few comment templates. That’s because you can NOT post the same comment multiple times (including emojis.) This will result in getting a temporary comment ban.
You can reduce this behavior by adding more comment templates inside your promotion settings.

If you don’t want to post comments using our service, you should turn the feature off on every target in your promotions:

Instavast - Turn off comments on targets

After adding a new target, you can turn-off each interaction (Likes, Comments, Follows etc) As shown in the above image

Broadcast (DM)

No. Promotion settings are related to the promotion service only.
Auto Direct Messaging is a separate service which has its own settings.

Our Auto Direct Message service is able to send between 20 to 200 direct messages per day (1 – 8 per hour) and it’s different for each account.
There are many parameters affecting this, including account age, the number of following and followers, history of the account, type of link in the bio, engagement rate, etc.
So, the system will detect the best rate for sending DMs on your account and process them automatically.

You must have many defined direct message templates to avoid sending repeated messages and getting a temporary ban from sending directs on Instagram.
You can create direct message templates for your campaigns using the instruction below:

Messages support the Spintax format.
For example, consider the following message written in Spintax:

{Writing|Creating} {messages|direct messages} using the Spintax is a {lot of fun|rewarding experience}.

Each of the words or phrases contained within the {|} are randomly substituted in the spun message.  So for the above example, some of the variations generated would be:

1. Writing messages using the Spintax is a lot of fun.
2. Creating direct messages using the Spintax is a rewarding experience.
3. Creating messages using the Spintax is a rewarding experience.

And so on for all the combinations possible…

When it needs to send a direct message, Our system selects generated messages randomly from all of those variations which are specified by you.

Note: Use emojis in messages (It is also possible to use the emojis with the Spintax) – such messages reduce the risk of getting an Instagram temporary DM ban.

Since you have created the “followers” campaign earlier than the “welcome” campaign. There won’t be any overlap.

Anytime you’re temporarily blocked from sending direct messages on Instagram, It lasts for 24 hours.
But you should avoid getting repeatedly temporary blocked as this may put your account at risk. Try to find the reason for getting blocked and fix it as soon as possible.
For example, one of the reasons to get a temporary block from direct messages is sending the same messages multiple times and the fix is to have a wide range of messages defined in your campaigns.

The system will never send the same message to a single user twice.
However if you’ve already manually sent direct message to a user, It cannot be detected by our system.
