I can’t add my account to FitFluencer & it is stuck in a verification loop. How can I fix it?

First of all, make sure your account meets the following conditions:

1. You have disabled two-factor authentication on your account.
Here is the process to turn two-factor authentication off:

  1. Open the Instagram app on your phone, click on the top right hand corner and go to settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Tap Require Security Code to move to the off position
  4. Then tap Turn Off at the bottom of the message that appears

2. You are NOT using any other Instagram services on your account.
3. You are ONLY using your account with your phone. (Terminate all the other sessions you might have)
4. You have completely closed the Instagram App on your phone.
5. You have full access to the email address which you used to sign-up to Instagram.


When you have made sure of the above conditions, please try to add your account to FitFluencer again. If it asks you for the Verification code, choose Verification by Email, and check your email address for an Instagram Verification Code (The email address which you used to sign-up to Instagram, not your FitFluencer account email). After receiving the code, Enter it on FitFluencer and add your account.

If it didn’t work, you may try the following solutions:

A) Use Our Local Proxy Application to connect your account(s) to FitFluencer. (Easiest and recommended solution)

B) Instagram Challenge Page:
1. Open up Instagram.com in your web browser on a PC/Laptop or Mac.
2. Log in to your account using the Instagram web interface.
3. Go to the Challenge page of Instagram and confirm any unusual sign-in attempts.
4. Go back to the FitFluencer dashboard and try adding your account again.

C) Resetting Password:
You may try resetting your password via the IG-app on your phone and your email address. Usually, this will clear all the suspicious log-in attempts issued by Instagram on your account.D

D) Linking your account
You can link your Instagram account to your social media profiles (especially a Facebook profile). This will increases your account safety dramatically! To do so:

  1. Open the Instagram app on your phone, click on the top right hand corner and go to settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Linked Accounts
  3. Tap Facebook or any of the listed social networks and enter your credentials of that network.

F) Give it more tries
If none of the above solutions work for you, based on our experience, try adding your account several times in a row. This will help.
