I have changed my username on Instagram and now I can’t login to my FitFluencer account. What should I do?
When you are using FitFluencer, You shouldn’t change your username from the Instagram application on your phone.
There is an option for this inside our platform.
Go to your Dashboard, Click on the Settings Cog icon and navigate to “Edit Instagram Profile” to change your Instagram username from our app to prevent any trouble.
It is also possible to change other information of your Instagram account via this functionality, including Your name, Bio, Website, Gender etc.
If you have changed your Instagram username from the Instagram app on your phone, You have two options to get your account back on FitFluencer:
- Change your Instagram Username to the previous one using your phone, Login back to FitFluencer and change your username via the FitFluencer application. (Recommended)
- Remove your account from FitFluencer, Then add it again using your new username. You should note that in this case, all your configurations such as Targets, Filters, Statistics etc will be reset. So you must define them again.
